In the case of unplayable weather, the tournament will be rescheduled for another date and time.  There will be no refunds issued for the donation portion ($300.00) of the registration fee.  However, if requested, we will refund the $200.00 cost for the day of golf. 

 

Additionally, we will refund, if requested, only the $200.00 cost for the day of golf upto 24 hours prior to the tournament. Any no shows or last minute cancellations will most probably not be refunded.
